Lemon

Serves 4
8 servings of chicken (breast and thighs)
3 lemons 2 tablespoons honey 3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
Preparation .
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Squeeze lemons and collect the juice in a large ovenproof dish. Add honey, garlic and oil and mix well. Collocatevi over pieces of chicken without skin (to reduce drastically the amount of saturated fat without losing flavor) and then squeezed lemons cut in half (During cooking will release much more juice). Place the sprigs of rosemary in the pan and bake for one hour. The lemons will become frosted.
